Samupa Abhimani Performance Festival – 2025
In conjunction with the 103rd International Cooperative Day, a felicitation ceremony for cooperators in Uva Province was held on July 26, 2025, at the Badulla Post Complex Auditorium.
During this felicitation ceremony, competitions were held among cooperative societies, their fuel stations, banks, and other institutions and employees within the province. Outstanding performers were recognized and awarded prizes and certificates.
Our society was honored with the Bronze Award as the Best Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society in Uva Province at this event.
The occasion was attended by several dignitaries, including Provincial Governor Mr. Kapila Jayasekara, Minister of Plantation and Community Infrastructure Mr. Samantha Vidyaratne, Deputy Minister of Tourism Professor Ruwan Ranasinghe, Badulla District Member of Parliament Ms. Ambiga Samuel, and other officials from the Provincial Council.
