Practical Training Program on Firefighting and Life Saving.

On July 17, 2025, a special practical training program on firefighting and life-saving techniques was held. This initiative stemmed from a concept by Mr. Senarath Bandula Wijesinghe, the Honorable President of the Society, and was coordinated by Mr. Rohana Jayantha, Manager of Samupa Mal Shalawa. The training was conducted by Mr. Anura Kumara de Silva, a retired Sri Lanka Air Force officer and proprietor of Badulla Hightech Fire and Rescue System, along with Mr. D.P. Prasanna Peiris, Marketing Manager of the same institution. The General Manager of the Society’s Head Office and other staff members participated in the program.
